Objective: Enhance the JSM Board view functionality by ensuring that View Settings, specifically "Quick Filters" and "Open issues in sidebar," are retained when navigating between different sections within a JSM project.

Current Behavior: In the Service Project Board view, any adjustments made to the View Settings, such as "Quick Filters" and "Open issues in sidebar," are lost when a user navigates to another section of the JSM project (e.g., Customers in the Directory section or Reports in the Knowledge section) and then returns to the Views section. This inconsistency is highlighted by the following observations:

      • In Jira Software projects, View Settings are consistently retained across different views.
      • Within JSM, while settings like "Expand all" and "Collapse all" in Swimlanes are retained, the same does not apply to "Quick Filters" and "Open issues in sidebar."

This behavior is consistent across various sections of a JSM project, not just when navigating to Queues.
