When an Action is run on a work item it triggers an Automation to be run. However, when the Automation fails to run it does not display any error message on the work item view screen to help the user understand why the Action was not carried out.

Hence, customer would like the ability to display Automation error logs in a pop-up/warning message on the work item view screen when an Action fails.
