Problem description:
- Customer has a requirement to enable/disable a VA assist on weekends or holiday as they want to use the assist in Slack only when there are no human agent available to work.
Suggestion:
- Having an ability to turn the VA on/off on a scheduled basis or through a public API would help achieve the above requirement.
