Issue Summary
When the Customer access is restricted and the permission is set to "Customers can search for other customers within their organizations, or manually enter the email address of other customers within their project" customers are unable to add any user picker field of FORMS.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the customer portal to restricted under customer permission on the project
- Set the customer permission to "Customers can search for other customers within their organisations, or manually enter the email address of other customers within their project".
- Add a FORM with user picker field
- Go to portal with a customer only account and try to add a user by typing their email address for the FORM user picker field.
Expected Results
Customer should be able to add the users by typing their email address.
Actual Results
Customer is unable to add the user by entering the email address
Workaround
Use the Jira fields instead of FORMS fields
