Customer unable to search themselves in user picker field.

      Issue Summary

      When the Customer access is restricted and the permission is set to "Customers can search for other customers within their organizations, or manually enter the email address of other customers within their project" customers are unable to find themselves on any user picker field.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set the customer portal to restricted under customer permission on the project
      2. Set the customer permission to "Customers can search for other customers within their organisations, or manually enter the email address of other customers within their project".
      3. Go to portal with a customer only account and try to search your self for any user picker field.

      Expected Results

      User should be able to find their own account.

      Actual Results

      User is unable to find themselves on the user picker field

      Workaround

      Set the customer permission to  "Customers can search for other customers within their project or organizations"
