Searching for incidents using the Link Incidents button from alerts doesn't return incident tickets with translated incident issue types

      Issue Summary

      Searching for incidents using the Link Incidents button from alerts doesn't return incident tickets with translated incident issue types, such as '[システム] インシデント,' even though it is recognized as an Incidents work category.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change the system language on a site to non-English one, such as Japanese
      2. Create a new project with ITSM template
      3. Ensure that an issue type '[システム] インシデント' is created under the Incidents work category
      4. Create an alert
      5. Create an incident request with the issue type '[システム] インシデント'
      6. Search for incident using the Link Incidents button

      Expected Results

      The request created in the step 5 is returned and selectable.

      Actual Results

      The request created in the above step 5 isn't returned.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
