      Issue Summary:

Currently, the "Critical Alert" functionality is available only on iOS devices, and users have the ability to manage these alerts individually. This can lead to critical alerts being missed if users inadvertently disable them. Administrators lack the ability to enforce critical alert settings across all users' mobile applications, which is crucial for maintaining consistent and reliable 24/7 alerting across the organization.

      Suggested Solution

Introduce a feature that allows administrators to manage and override user-defined alert settings, (such as the "Critical Alert" functionality) through administrative permissions or global policy settings. This should be implemented across both iOS and Android platforms to ensure unified control and consistency in alert management influencing the mobile application settings.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround available in the mobile applications for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
