Able to set Entitlement via Automation

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently there is no way to automatically set the Entitlement field based on the Organisation(if there is only one Entitlement), or via Automation nor via API.
      Would be great if we could have some enhancement on this area to be able to set the Entitlement field apart from adding it to the Request form.
