When you create a JSM team-managed project and move the issues to a JSM company-managed project, if you need to recalculate the SLAs, the status transitions from the previous project won't be considered.
This is because the projects use different Workflows with different statuses.

Our suggestion is to provide a workaround that allows the SLA recalculation to consider the transitions from the previous project.
