Issue Summary
In some edge cases when Opsgenie was merged/consolidated with JSM, any removals made to the members of a Team in JSM were not reflected in the merged Opsgenie instance.
This resulted in incorrect users added as Responders for an incident's ChatOps.
Steps to Reproduce
Not able to reproduce. Issue happening for only select customers.
Expected Results
Any removals made in JSM Teams' members list should be reflected in its merged Opsgenie.
Actual Results
The changes are not reflected causing a disparity.
Workaround
Add the deleted users back to the JSM team and delete them again.
