Virtual Service Agent (VSA) project list in Help Centre takes a while to load

      Issue Summary

      The issue occurs when there are many projects to fetch for the VSA.  

      Steps to Reproduce

      Tenant needs to have many, many projects with a VSA. Then, head to the help centre settings and open settings for VSA.

      Expected Results

      Should not take long to load VSAs.

      Actual Results

      Takes a while to load VSAs. Sometimes, projects are missing from the project list even though it has a VSA.

      Workaround

      Currently, no workaround available.
