Improvement on updating "Locked Forms" and "Open Forms" value after the form updated

      Problem Definition

      At the moment , the process of updating the "Locked Forms" and "Open Forms" value once a Form was updated takes a few seconds to update as it is processed asynchronously. Sometimes this affects the workflow conditions, which causes the users/automation not able to transition issues once the Forms are updated.

      Suggested Solution

      Improvement in the efficiency of updating the "Locked Forms" and "Open Forms" value.

            +1 please - this is causing manual intervention in our workflows

            The workaround to add in delays is not ideal, as this will eat into BAU time
