[JSDCLOUD-16247] Support smart links functionality in form fields - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Currently the smart links functionality is not supported in forms.

It would be good to have this ability.

Enter a work item number/ticket number or issue number in a request type field. On the portal, this translates to a hyperlink.
Enter a work item number/ticket number or issue number in a form field. On the portal, the data entered stays as text and is not presented as a hyperlink.

The value should have a hyperlink and should be clickable.

The ticket number is displayed as text value.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
