Issue Summary
Currently the smart links functionality is not supported in forms.

It would be good to have this ability.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enter a work item number/ticket number or issue number in a request type field. On the portal, this translates to a hyperlink.
- Enter a work item number/ticket number or issue number in a form field. On the portal, the data entered stays as text and is not presented as a hyperlink.
Expected Results
The value should have a hyperlink and should be clickable.
Actual Results
The ticket number is displayed as text value.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
