Updating a team name does not update the escalation policy to reflect the new name of the team

      Issue Summary

      When a team name is updated, its new value is not automatically populated in any escalation policies. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a team.
      • Add a team name to an Escalation Policy
        • Example:
          • If the Alert is not acknowledged 10 minutes after creation
          • Notify all members of team: Team name
      • Change the name of the team
      • The team name will still show the old value in the escalation policy. 

      Expected Results

      The team name will be updated in the escalation policy. 

      Actual Results

      The escalation policy will not be updated, and the old team will still be shown. 

      Workaround

      You can force a refresh of the team's name with the following steps:

      • Change the condition of 'Notify all members of team' to another value.
      • Change it back to the 'Notify all members of team'

      The result is that the new name should now be shown as an option.
