Problem

Previously, the JSM Forms builder had sidebar layouts along with Two-Column Layouts and Three-Column Layouts, but now the sidebar layouts are missing.

Jira Service Management

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Build section of the form builder
2. Click on Layouts from the top menu
3. Only Three Column and Two Column layouts are present; The Right and Left sidebar layouts are missing

Expected Results

The Right and Left sidebar layouts are present and available for selection

Actual Results

The Right and Left sidebar layouts are missing and unavailable for selection

Workaround

If there is a previously-created sidebar layout, copy it to create a new sidebar layout
