Ability to sync attachments between JSM Ops alerts and JSM issue during ticket creation/update

      Currently, it appears that when Syncs are set up to create/update a Jira issue when an alert is created/updated, attachments do not appear to be sync'ed across as well (from alert to Issue).

      It's understood the same issue applies in the opposite direction from Issues to Alerts.

      Therefore, this item is requesting for the ability to sync attachments between JSM Ops alerts and Jira Service Desk during ticket creation/update (from JSM) or alert creation/update (from Ops).
