Issue Summary

At the moment, the filtering of projects can only be done by using Request Types. However, it is difficult to quickly filter by projects if you have many projects and many Request Types.

Please allow us a possibility to filter by projects directly on this page:

https://<site-name>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?page=1&reporter=all&statuses=open

Workaround

You can only filter by projects by ticking the Request Types under said project.
