Issue Summary

While using Zabbix integration, when the Zabbix alert is acknowledged, the JSM alert is not acknowledged.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up an integration with Zabbix 7.2.0 or above.
2. Create an alert from Zabbix which should create an alert in JSM.
3. Acknowledge the alert from Zabbix.

Expected Results

The JSM alert should be acknowledged when the Zabbix alert is acknowledged.

Actual Results

The JSM alert is not acknowledged when the Zabbix alert is acknowledged.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
