      Users would like the ability to add User Picker field type to Customer/Organization Details

      Expected Results

      Users would like the support for additional fields such as User picker field type

      Actual Results

      Only the following fields are supported. 

      From Manage Customer Detail Fields: ,Manage organization detail fields

      • Text for plain text
      • Single-select dropdown to select one value from given options (you can add a maximum of 50 options)
      • Multi-select dropdown to select multiple values from given options (you can add a maximum of 50 options)
      • Email to add email address
      • URL to add web links
      • Date to add a date
      • Number to add a numerical value
      • Phone number to add a contact number

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
