Forms: Nothing happens when adding an image macro in a Form

      Issue Summary

      In a Jira Service Management Form, when you try adding an Image, video, or file macro, it should show a pop-up to upload the desired file. However, nothing happens.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Form
      2. Type / and search for image
      3. Hit Enter.

      Expected Results

      A pop-up should appear asking the user to upload the file or link:

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
