Current behavior:

it is not possible to use JSM form fields in the virtual agent service intents. Based on the document here, "Ask for information" step supports following Jira custom fields:

Supported field types

You can only use custom fields in the ask for information step. Supported custom field types include:

• Date
• Paragraph
• Short text
• Single-select

However, it doesn't support for JSM form fields. (form fields are not Jira custom fields.)

Expected behavior:

It should be possible to add JSM form fields into the "Ask for information" step in the virtual agent service intent.
