      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When public signup is enabled. When customers add CC people, JIRA should add this people ! And if people haven't accounts, JIRA should create them.

      You already do it for "from" field
