Acknowledging alert shows improper assignee information depending on Atlassian account email visibility settings

      Issue Summary

      Acknowledging an alert doesn't assign the alert to the user's Atlassian account (showing its avatar and proper account information).

      The alert's assignee appears as the email address for that user instead, with a gray bot avatar.
      This is only reproducible in case you change the Atlassian account profile and visibility to restrict your email address sharing (Contact section) to anything other than Anyone.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Update your email visibility in your account's profile and visibility to anything other than Anyone.
      2. Create an alert.
      3. Acknowledge the alert.

      Expected Results

      The alert should show the Atlassian account as the assignee:

      The alert shows the assignee as the user's account email address with a gray bot avatar:

      Workaround

      Updating the account's profile and visibility so Anyone is able to see its email address.
