Workflow - Ability to skip the prompt approval if the it's already approved once and transitioned back to the same status again

      Problem description:

      Currently if when the approval is done and if we move the ticket back from the next status to the previous one that includes approval step, it's again prompted to either approve or decline.
      At present we do not have any condition in the workflow to achieve this.

      Suggestion:

      Customer would like to skip the approval part when transitioning ticket back to the status where the approval step is included if the approval is already done.
