Issue Summary
Request for the ability to disable/enable agent notification when a ticket has been closed or in any other status.
Steps to Reproduce
Close a ticket and add a comment.
Expected Results
There should be no notification sent out for the comment if the ticket has been closed
Actual Results
A notification is sent out when a comment has been added. There is no way of stopping the notification unless you disable the entire internal notification(Someone makes a comment), but it will also stop the notification from going out for tickets that are still open.
Workaround
Remove the current assignee role in the Someone makes a comment and create an automation:
Automation:
When the issue is commented
Issue fields condition>> Status is one of Open, In Progress, Implementing, Resolved
Then Send an email with issue.comments.last.body
