Issue Summary

While editing Help center layout ([Customize] > [Edit page layout]), admins can add the image in layout and can add caption to that image.

However, if using Microsoft Edge, unable to add caption like attached.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Help center [Customize] > [Edit page layout]
2. Add image to the layout
3. Unable to add caption for image if using Microsoft Edge

Expected Results

Able to add caption to the image

Actual Results

Unable to add caption to the image

Workaround

Use Chrome or Firefox, verified that the caption can be added when using other than Edge.
