Issue Summary
Users would like the ability to add Assets information to the Customer details box.
Expected Results
Only the following fields are supported.
From Manage Customer Detail Fields:
- Text for plain text
- Single-select dropdown to select one value from given options (you can add a maximum of 50 options)
- Multi-select dropdown to select multiple values from given options (you can add a maximum of 50 options)
- Email to add email address
- URL to add web links
- Date to add a date
- Number to add a numerical value
- Phone number to add a contact number
Workaround
Assets custom fields can be added to other areas on the request type.
