Ability to add Assets information to Customer Details

      Issue Summary

      Users would like the ability to add Assets information to the Customer details box. 

      Expected Results

      Only the following fields are supported.

      From Manage Customer Detail Fields:

      • Text for plain text
      • Single-select dropdown to select one value from given options (you can add a maximum of 50 options)
      • Multi-select dropdown to select multiple values from given options (you can add a maximum of 50 options)
      • Email to add email address
      • URL to add web links
      • Date to add a date
      • Number to add a numerical value
      • Phone number to add a contact number

      Workaround

      Assets custom fields can be added to other areas on the request type.
