Ability to customize the fields displayed by the Jira Service Management ChatOps app in Slack

      I would like to propose an enhancement for the Jira Service Management ChatOps application in Slack, specifically regarding the display of fields when using the "/jsmops create incident" command. Currently, the app defaults to showing the following fields:

      • Priority
      • Status
      • Responders
      • Services
      • Last updated

      While these fields provide useful information, it would greatly improve my workflow if I had the option to customize which fields are displayed during incident creation. By allowing users to select their preferred fields, we could tailor the information to better suit individual needs and enhance the overall efficiency of managing incidents within our team. Having the ability to choose from additional relevant fields would enable us to capture and emphasize the most critical information specific to our operations.
