Ability to have the Add Content DropDown and the Apps DropDown in Issue View for JSM

      In the new Issue View for Jira, the cluttered Actions are added via a "+Add" Icon and apps are viewable with the "Apps" Dropdown. 

      However the same view is not possible at the moment for JSM Tickets. We would like to have the same feature be made available for JSM as well to overcome the cluttered view of seeing all the actions and apps together.
