Need Forms Smart value to fetch Parent and Child value separately from FORMs Cascading fields

      Problem

      When we create a cascading fields in FORMS and retrieve those using FORMS smart value : Access smart values for forms and form fields. , it fetches as single field like [1-A]

      We do not have a forms smart value to fetch Parent and Child separately.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to fetch parent and child value like Jira custom field cascading value.
