Currently, the Critical Alerts notification options is only available for iOS and this feature isn't enabled in Android.

This is required to add granularity to the alert notifications in Android.

Workaround

On the phone, change Jira app's notification settings to override Do Not Disturb for the notifications that you need DnD overridden for. This also gets around the Android limitation of apps not being able to see DnD schedules on the phone. With the Opsgenie app, the phone would go back into full DnD mode if scheduled DnD was overridden.

It's worth noting that Android as an operating system is highly customized by each device manufacturer (Samsung, Motorola, Xiaomi, etc.), and they may choose to add, modify, or even remove certain OS-level capabilities, including how apps can interact with Do Not Disturb settings. Because of this, the ability to override DND can vary significantly from one device to another, which is unfortunately outside of Atlassian's control.
