      As a project administrator, I want to access detailed performance reports for the Virtual Service Agent within the Reports section of my Jira Service Management project. This will enable all agents to effectively monitor and assess the performance of both the intent recognition and AI-generated responses, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
