JQL query that involves the functionality Request Type In Group gives error for JSM agents

      Issue Summary

      Queues/filters don't work for agents when the JQL query involves the Request Type Groups functionality. However, it works fine for users with administrator role.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JQL that involves Request Type Group 
      2. Example "Request Type" in requestTypesInGroup(ITSM, CRM) where ITSM is the project name and CRM is the Request Type Group
      3. Create a queue using this filter. No issues will be shown to the agents.
      4. Create a filter for the agents using the above query. They will be presented with the following error: 
        Could not resolve the request type group 'CRM' in project 'ITSM' provided to function 'ITSM' 

      Expected Results

      The filter or the queue should show all the issues that belongs to the request type group.

      Actual Results

      On queues, no issues are shown.

      On filters, the following error is presented:

      Workaround

      You can use the JQL Request Type in (Request Type 1, Request Type 2, Request Type 3) where Request Type 1, Request Type 2 and Request Type 3 belong to a particular request Type group.
