      Issue Summary

      Sending an email with a null FROM address to an Ops email integration causes the mail to be dropped and no processing errors are logged. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Send an email with a null/empty FROM: field to a XXXX@siteName.jsmalerts.atlassian.net email integration. 

      Expected Results

      An alert is created or, if there is an error processing the email, that is logged in the integration's audit log. 

      Actual Results

      The email is dropped during processing and no entry in the audit log shows the failure. 

      Workaround

      Ensure there is a FROM: field in the email envelope.
