Issue Summary
Marking the Attachment field as required on a request form used with Jira Service Management Assist via Slack causes the request creation process to fail.
Steps to Reproduce
- Link a Slack channel with Jira Service Management Chat
- Set a request type to be associated with the request channel for ticket creation
- Within the form set the Attachment field as required
- Send a message in the Slack request channel with an attachment added to the message
- Trigger the issue creation on this thread
Expected Results
The ticket is created and the file is attached
Actual Results
The ticket creation fails and the process hangs
Workaround
Set the Attachment field as optional.
