Description
Currently, only paid subscriptions are allowed to disable the DMARC validation:
Manage DMARC authentication for incoming emails
Where it is mentioned:
DMARC cannot be disabled on Free plans. If you wish to disable DMARC, upgrade your plan.
An example use case, is that a demo of proof of concept is being worked, so the customer would appreciate the option of being able to configure the project as it would look like. Including, if there is any email forwarding in place.
Suggestion
The suggestion is to add an option so the customers that are under a trial are able to disable DMARC. For example, some validations could be followed and then allow the customers to disable it.
Workaround
If there is a forwarding rule to resend the emails to your custom email to the project's email channel address, try the following options:
- Send the email directly to the project's default address.
- Or, add your own custom email address to the project.
