Include the "Add to Past" option to other Issue Types apart from Incidents

      User Problem

      The button "Add to Past" is available for incidents when adding an internal note. This is documented in What is the indicent timelime?. It would be helpful if this option is also available for other issue types (e.g. Service Requests).

      Suggested Solutions

      Add the button "Add to Past" to other issue types when adding an internal note.

      Current Workarounds

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
