      As an admin of my team or site-admin my company, I'd like the ability to view my team's configured devices and alert rules under their profiles. At minimum, a site admin should be able to run a readiness report to tell how many users have more than just email setup for notifications.

      If privacy is a concern, make the report able to show a checkbox to mark whether a user has SMS, email, Mobile app, or phone number setup without sharing their number/email address/mobile device.
