Ability to show/use the 'linked alerts' feature in other issue types, not just incidents

      Currently, JSM Incidents offer the feature of 'linked alerts' to link and visualize alerts tied to a particular incident.

      It would be great to add this capability to other issue types and not be restricted to incidents.
