Provide ability to Run Job from Data Manager Cloud ID instead of using Adapters.

      Problem Statement:

      Currently in Data Manager to run the job, We need to install adapter clients in local machines and Import the data.

      Since Atlassian is using cloud environment, we would need this ability to run the job everything from UI.

      Suggested Solution:

      Add the ability to Run/execute the Jobs from Data Manager UI itself.

            [JSDCLOUD-15836] Provide ability to Run Job from Data Manager Cloud ID instead of using Adapters.
