      Issue Summary

      "View User Profile" button under JSM Access tab in Confluence Global Permission does not affect visibility of User Profile

      As per Manage global permissions

      If JSM access is not enabled, you can turn it on in JSM. Once it’s enabled, you can determine whether or not JSM users can view user profiles for licensed users on your Confluence instance.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to global permissions, JSM access tab and give permissions to to JSM users to “Use Confluence” but not “View User Profile”
      2. Setup a test user with only JSM agent access
      3. Login to JSM as the test user in incognito mode and try to view user profile of users with Confluence licensed user.

      Expected Results

      User profile Page should not load and should give a restricted message

      Actual Results

      Able to load the user profile page to view user profile successfully
