Problem Definition

Currently, we can only add up to 50 users or groups to the Request Type restriction, and there are cases when the customers need to add more. For example, when they are using the Request Type for customers organizations, and such organizations consist of their customers, which contain Portal-Only Accounts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Request type and click on "lock" button to open the restrictions window.
2. In the "Who can raise requests" tab, try to add more than 50 users/groups/organizations.
3. A warning message will be shown: "We're unable to add users or groups. No more than 50 users or groups can have access to this request type. Remove some users or groups, and try again".

Suggested Solution

This Feature Request is to suggest the increase of the hard limit of maximum 50 users/groups/organizations in the Request Type restriction

Workaround

Try to re-organize your users in common organizations or groups.
