Make Child Choices of Cascading dropdown Form field required.

      Similar as to what is described for the Jira Fields in JSDCLOUD-6199

      If a Cascading dropdown Form field is set to required in the Form, only the first selection field is actually required, the second field can be left unselected.

      Please add the possibility to make the Child choices within the Cascading dropdown field also required.
