Issue Summary

When users select a language that is not English  some words are not translated, and you need to update manually

Steps to Reproduce

1. The language environment on your Jira Cloud is English
2. Select Svenska (Swedish) in your personal preferences
3. Access to Jira and try to create an issue
4. You will see only the History issue type is translated
   

Expected Results

All the sites should be translated into the personal language 

Actual Results

You will see some mix translation

Workaround

You need to update manually this:
