      Issue Summary

No audit log entries are generated when changes are made to the "Customer Sharing" settings in Jira Service Management (JSM) under Project > Access > Customer Permissions. This is a critical gap as the "Customer Sharing" settings determine the level and type of search users can perform on the portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Project Settings in a JSM project.
      2. Go to Access > Customer Permissions.
      3. Under the Customer Sharing section, modify any of the available settings (e.g., change the sharing configuration for users).
      4. Save the changes.
      5. Navigate to Audit Log in the JSM project to verify if any entries are logged for the changes made.

      Expected Results

Any changes made to the "Customer Sharing" settings should be logged in the Audit Log with the following details:

      • Timestamp of the change.
      • User who made the change.
      • Description of the change, including the specific settings modified and their values before and after the update.

      Actual Results

No entries are recorded in the Audit Log for changes made to the "Customer Sharing" settings. This makes it difficult to trace or monitor critical changes that can impact how users interact with the portal.
