Ability to send request without filling in the 'Email confirmation to' field and logging into the customer portal

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when customer raise a request from portal without logging in, they need to fill in the 'Email confirmation to' field.
      This is a problem in terms of security and most importantly, their privacy and company's compliances, especially when they want to report a problem anonymously.

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to set an optional 'Email confirmation to' field for customer when they are not logged in.

      Why this is important

      It will be better accessed for the customer to view their issue. Anonymous customer normally just send email to JIRA Service Desk to create a ticket. But not creating their account when receive the invitation email.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no workaround.
