As a portal customer, I would like the ability to create a Jira request directly from the Request List view page under my Request list.
Current Behavior:
In the customer portal -> User Profile -> Requests list -> Only Opened or shared requests for the user can be seen.
For creating a new one, the user needs to click back on the Helpcenter button and create a request.
