Enable Service Desk Configuration for Administrator

      Hello,
      It is very hard to administrate the SD, if the count of agents reach the licenses limit. Possible we have exact 5 agtens, one of the agents must be a good administrator to administrate the SD.
      It would be much better to have one additional administrator role or user, that can do anything in SD.
