As an Admin

I would like to have the ability to show Customer Portal Projects to only those users who have been invited to a given project.

Making it so projects which users don't have access to are not visible to them.

This will remove confusion on projects they don't have access to at all and may run into permissions accessing.

This will make for a simple UI for customers and easier customer interaction and frustration-free.
