Option to customize translations for virtual agent

      Issue Summary

      Currently, it's possible to use other language that not English in Virtual Language feature, that will follow what is set as default in Project Settings > Language.

      Expected Results

      Texts will be auto-translated, though, it's not possible to customize the texts that will be shown in translated version.

      Actual Results

      It would be good if customers could customize the translation that is shown by virtual agent.

      No workaround at this moment.

            There are use cases that require specific translations due to a variety of factors (technical subject matter, regional / language considerations, etc). Having the ability to provide professionally translated intents would be very helpful for serving those use cases.
